Mr. Matt Siegler Founder of Sun Flare Systems Inc. has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Sielger is a former consultant to a variety of companies in small and large corporate businesses.
Matt Siegler former President and C.E.O. of a large B.C. Electrical Construction Company and Executive Financial Fund Planner for Berkshire Investment Group.
Mr. Siegler has been actively involved in the Research & Development at Sun Flare Systems Inc. and their projects. Mr. Matt Siegler is responsible the development of the company inventions and all current solar projects. Mr. Siegler started his career as an electrician and built the foundation that will pave the way for all future solar innovations. Mr. Siegler obtained his Associate of Technical Arts degree in Business from S.P.S.C.C.
Joel Siegler
President of Research and Board Member
Mr. Joel Siegler Co-Founder of Sun Flare Systems Inc. has been and electrical contractor in the US for many years and has obtained his Masters Electrical Certification. While working on Federal Government projects in the US, from Air Traffic Control Towers, to overseeing the electrical construction on jobs such as the “Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center” in Greater Seattle. Mr. Joel Siegler was appointed as President of Research and Development for Sun Flare Systems Inc. for his ingenious concepts and design in the Renewable Energy Industry.
Joel Siegler has obtained two United States Trademark Office Patents with more to follow. Bring Sun Flare Systems Inc. into a unique solar energy products.

Matthew Fearn
C.F.O. “C.G.A.” and Board Member
Mr. Fearn passion for business and accounting led him to join the family accounting firm. He completed his C.G.A. designation in 2004. Mr. Fearn welcomes clients with a high level of energy and genuine interest in their dealings. He uses his experience with computers and computerized accounting to create realistic solutions that fit our fast paced world.
Mr. Fearn excels at public speaking, board presentations, and client meetings that help bring the financial and tax picture into better focus. With 15 years of public practice behind him Mr. Fearn brings his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience as the active C.F.O. for Sun Flare Systems Inc
Michelle Lake
Executive Financial Secretary
Mrs. Lake as our Executive Financial Secretary is of utmost importance to the organization. With her excellent verbal and communication skills, and very skilled in our administrative and clerical procedures for Sun Flare Systems Inc. In addition of handling the external clients, Mrs. Lake keeps the internal administration of the office almost perfect and working.

As a marketing partner, Garrett provides end-to-end creative services from business and marketing planning, to comprehensive and integrated creative solutions.
Garrett has a proven track record with design technology, project leadership, and marketing. With this has come great success in his work and dedication to seeing his clients succeed. Finishing his Post Graduate degree in Digital Design & Marketing form George Brown College in 2003, with studies in brand marketing, corporate design, and project management.
